New Foods
Santa Elena does have a SuperMercado with everything from fresh mango to zapatos! Quinn has found some Ajo that we are wondering how to cook. Rowan has found some white bread (blanco y blonde) called 'Bimbo'? Fresh Mango everyday and papaya and bananas and....avacado and....

From Alexander and Christian Geneva What is AJO? How did you cook it? My mom would love to know as she is CRAZY about nutrition and foods and we get to enjoy all her cooking! Here we have incredible cheeses, chocolates and many Swiss grown vegetables (YES, locally grown and in an earth-friendly way!). Mom wouldn't have it any other way!
